Cookie Notice
This Notice explains the cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used on jamey.lu, in the Jamey dashboard and in the widgets embedded on business pages, and how you can control them. The English version is authoritative.

1. Scope
This Notice covers jamey.lu, dashboard.jamey.lu, api.jamey.lu and the Jamey widgets served on business sites, operated by Jamey S.à r.l.s, 177 Rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Luxembourg (Trade and Companies Register no. B288826).
Websites and ordering pages that businesses publish with Jamey may enable their own technologies — Microsoft Clarity or their own marketing tags, for example. In that case the business decides what runs on its site and is responsible for its own cookie information and consent banner.

2. What Jamey itself uses
The Jamey platform deliberately avoids cookies for guest identity. What it uses is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver a page you requested, keep you signed in, remember your language and protect the service against abuse. These do not require consent under Luxembourg and EU rules.

3. Page analytics without identifiers
Jamey's own page analytics set nothing on your device. A page view is recorded server-side with the path, referrer, UTM parameters, language, device type and timestamp — and nothing else. No IP address, no user identifier, no cookie and no cross-site identifier are stored, so these records do not identify you.
The platform also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate page-view counts and web-vitals telemetry about the platform itself.
4. Technologies a business may enable on its own site
A business using Jamey can connect Microsoft Clarity to its own site. When it does, Clarity records sessions and heatmaps of visits to that site. This is off unless the business connects it, and it is that business's decision, lawful basis and consent banner — not Jamey's.
The same applies to any other tag or pixel a business adds to its published site.
5. Analytics and advertising by Jamey
Jamey does not run advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technologies on jamey.lu at the effective date above.
Before any non-essential cookie or similar technology is enabled here, we will publish an updated version of this Notice and ask for your consent through a banner with a genuine choice. Non-essential technologies stay switched off until you accept them, and you can withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it.
6. How to control cookies and storage
You can delete or block cookies and clear site storage in your browser settings. Clearing the identity token signs you out; blocking strictly necessary technologies will break sign-in, table ordering, language selection and checkout.
Once a consent banner is live, you will also be able to change your choices from a link in the footer of every page.
