1. Scope
This Notice covers jamey.lu and the Jamey application operated by Jamey S.à r.l.s, 177 Rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Luxembourg (Trade and Companies Register no. B288826).
Websites and ordering pages that businesses publish with Jamey may use their own cookies. In that case the business is responsible for its own cookie information and choices.

2. What we currently use
Today Jamey sets only strictly necessary cookies and equivalent local storage. These are required to deliver a page you requested, to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to protect the service against abuse. They do not require consent under Luxembourg and EU rules.

3. Analytics, advertising and other optional technologies
Jamey does not run analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking technologies on this site at the effective date above.
Before any non-essential cookie or similar technology is enabled, we will publish an updated version of this Notice and ask for your consent through a cookie banner with a genuine choice. Non-essential technologies will stay switched off until you accept them, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, language selection and checkout.
Once a consent banner is live, you will also be able to change your choices from a link in the footer of every page.
