Pay as you grow
Allowance first, then only what you use.
Bookings, contacts, listings and AI credits come with an allowance. Go past it and you pay a small per-unit price — or move up a plan, whichever is cheaper for you.
Payment is part of the price
The 7% on pick-up orders already covers card processing (around 1,6% + 0,25 € per card) and your Stripe Connect payouts. The platform keeps roughly 5,4% — ordering, checkout, refunds and the customer record included.
The two percentages never stack
A pick-up order pays the order commission and nothing else. A membership payment pays the platform fee and nothing else. Never two fees on the same euro.
Nothing you did not do
Declined bookings, inbound messages and abandoned carts are free. You are billed on what actually happened.
No unbounded bills
AI usage is capped at three times your allowance. We tell you before it matters and offer the next plan.
Terms
A real commitment, priced honestly.
An online presence needs a few months to work. That is why Jamey runs on a 12-month term with a 3-month minimum — and why paying for the year costs two months less.
3 months minimum
The first three months are firm. Long enough for your page, Google profile and first customers to settle in.
Leave early, settle the term
Cancel in month 3 of a monthly plan and the 9 remaining months of the term are invoiced, as with most annual software contracts.
Yearly has no exit fee
Pay for the year and there is nothing left to settle. Two months free, and it lapses quietly if you do not renew.

Prices are net of VAT. Percentages and the AI credit price are the same everywhere — a share of local turnover already scales, and compute does not get cheaper by border.

Do I need a computer?
No. Registration and the whole setup are designed for a phone. Most businesses are live before their coffee gets cold.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or start on a jamey.lu address and move later.
What if I want to change something?
Everything stays editable. Change your hours, prices, photos or text at any time and the update goes out everywhere at once.
How do payments work?
Checkouts run through Stripe on your own account, so payouts go straight to your bank. Stripe's processing fees apply on top of your subscription.
Which languages are supported?
Your site and menus can be published in English, French and German, which covers most of the Luxembourg market.
Is there a contract?
No. It's €25 a month, cancel whenever you want, and you keep your domain and your customer data.
